2pcs Clay Loop Tool Set

A two piece set of small looped dual ended tools. A traditional round and square loop and round loop tool. A triangular asymmetric loop on one end and a narrow long loop the other. Both tools are made using 0.8mm piano wire, supported with brass uprights.

Black walnut handles, brass ferrules and small brass upright supports each loop to allow the loops themselves to remain a longer giving the tool a better reach without sacrificing strength and rigidity. This particular version of my sculpting tools has a shorter handle for a little more control.

Suitable for sculpey, oil based clays, other polymers and wax, this loop tool is the backbone of my sculpting tool box. I use this when defining shapes on some of the small toy figures I sculpt which stand anywhere from 40mm (1.5") to, well it doesn't matter - this loop is applicable at any scale for any detail.

The overall length is around 6.5” or 16.5cm. The Both the round end and square end use 0.8mm high carbon piano wire. This tool is available exclusively in english oak.

 As with all of my tools, they are made to order and the process can be time consuming because I won't compromise on quality or accuracy to my original drawings and measurements. I'm also a one man band so please allow for up to 10 days after the purchase date for your order to be dispatched.
