asymmetrical twisted wire rake

Set into dark walnut, English oak or Canadian hard maple, this asymmetrical twisted wire rake tool is a precursor to my no.2 rake tool. Drawing on the same loop shape, I use 0.8mm and 0.6mm piano wire with brass uprights to ensure the loops don’t bend or flex against harder grades of clay. Approximately 6.75” or 170mm in length.
